The honest answer about GTA 6 on phones — and how to avoid the APK scams filling these search results.
The short answer
The main game launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A full phone version of a current-generation open world is not a launch-window product, on Android or iOS.
What is realistic on mobile is a companion experience: news, media, map and account features tied to the game rather than the complete world running on a handset.
Why every GTA 6 APK is fake
If the game is not released for phones, any file advertised as a 'GTA 6 APK download' is something else — usually adware, a survey trap, or malware that asks for permissions no game needs.
A real release would be distributed through official stores, not a download link on an unrelated site.
What a companion app should look like
Clear description of what it is and is not, a real listed price, a confirmation email after purchase, and stated storage requirements. Anything that promises the full console game on a phone is overselling.
